Erase Errata out of San Francisco is a modern day punk rock band made up of three girls who know how to use a Vox. Although their music can be somewhat jarring at times, their creatively experiemental and often aptly political sense serves them well. Their music is a weapon in the same way that Woody Guthrie’s folk music was. It’s just that the style has changed a bit. Between the anti war sentiment and the criticism of the corporate prison system, these girls proved to me that they could not only rock but knew what they’d like to change about the world. Live, they were animated and energetic and I kept picturing these girls in a kick boxing ring…with pres. Bush.
