Bloc Party
I was one of those people who bought Silent Alarm when it was released. I have a real affection for Kele Okereke soaring vocals and the way he raises your spirits just by singing lyrics like “We’re Gonna Win This!” Hailing from London, these four gents played with their hearts and souls. Bloc Party played just about every song I can think off from Silent Alarm as well as some new material they have been working on. It was catchy, edgy, and awe inspiring all at once. I felt very moved by the performance and would recommend seeing them to anyone who is debating it. You can hear their songs on their myspace page
