Metro in Chicago

I’ve blogged about Airiel before but I just wanted to say how much I love their music and also just their trueness to what they love. Airiel are shoegazers who are still creating these shimmering wonders despite the fact that the fickle public has moved on to more standard indie rock fare. Airiel perform with visuals as a backdrop to their ethereal madness. There’s something about appealing to all of the senses that makes the whole experience more memorable. Songs run into eachother endlessly. It could be a soundtrack to a film. Chicago is very lucky to call this four piece our own.
