Do Make Say Think

Empty Bottle in Chicago
In case anyone missed it, Cinchel posed a review to Radio Free Chicago of the wonderful Canadian band Do Make Say Think. Though it was a really dark set, it was great to see so many instruments and talented musicians fill the stage with their lovely sounds. We had seen them a couple of years before and the sound of the venue just wasn’t right (way too loud!) This time, things seemed to fall into place sound level and balance wise. They all worked together really well and dynamically to bring about a slightly freer and more improvised version to their songs. The highlight of the show for me was definitely Justin Small, who proudly displayed his Neil Young shirt. If they come to a city near you, go out and see them!
