Ok ok…when I walked in to the bottle Sunday night, I started to panic given the nature of the reputation of this three piece Japanese rock trio (joined by Michio Kurihara) because, you see, there were just way too many amps lining the wall. However, there was a softer side to Boris and though I enjoyed Damon and Naomi far more, I felt seeing especially once in a lifetime Boris was worth it based on their experimental nature and willing to push the boundaries, which is sort of what Wire magazine and Adventures in Modern Music is all about.
