Thanks for your comments both of you. Andy-I don’t know as if the photopits I’ve been in we’re allowed to use those. I’ve seen security guards shake their heads no at people before regarding those so I’m not sure. It could vary tremendously per festival. Also, I just wanted to add that alot of good comments can also be found where this is posted on flickr…such as things I probably should have added the first time:

Great post. Lots of information in there. I’d suggest carrying an EZ fold step stool that you can find at Bed Bath and Beyond for around $15. I saw some people utilizing them at Rothbury and it definitely makes shooting tall stages easier.

PS - the end of Twin Peaks is very creepy, I’m glad I watched it very small on my screen with the lights on, hah.

Yeah hey! You are long over due for a posting & this is a good one. You should write a book in regards to this, market it as a pop-up with photos for each survival tips
