Empty Bottle 5/20/6

Think About Life (whose name is more like a command than a title) is a three piece band hailing from Montréal, Canada who have enough energy to re-build the pyramids and cure cancer in a mere matter of hours if the way they play is any indication. The jarring and frantic rhythm sense characterizes their uniqueness with some incredibly intense lyrical bursts by Martin Cesar. At some points, the lyrics were shouted and at other times Martin sang in a way that showed his great soulfulness. They played a great awe inspiring set and made me wonder if this could perhaps be a new future direction for music. I bought their album at the show and am really looking forward to playing it!
